- 25 ml Aperol
- 50 ml Grapefruit Juice
METHOD
Fill a rocks glass with ice, add all the Ingredients and give it a quick stir
Garnish with a lime wedge
VARIATIONS
To vary the pleasures, you can replace the passion fruit martini syrup with a Teisseire peach syrup.
For a lighter version it is also possible to replace the passion fruit martini syrup with zero sugar Teisseire passion fruit
